Mr. Arjun Handa visited Brazil, Mexico, Colombia & Venezuela with an objective to review business operations and design strategies for those markets. His visit was a tremendous motivation for the entire team.
After his visit and guidance, the Latin American region has started showing significant boost in performance including wining some key tenders.
One of the messages that he has left with the teams is that we have to be self motivated and keep reminding ourselves of our goal at every moment in time.

| There is a term in Mexican called " Muito Dinero" which means “I will grow a lot.” Our Latin American teams have made this their anthem and have started using it to greet each other, as well as at the opening and closing of all meetings. |
With such a powerful start to the year, we expect to see the Latin American region growing by leaps and bounds. We wish them all the very best in their efforts. |

We participated in two annual conferences in Vietnam, which gave us an excellent opportunity to showcase our company and products before the medical fraternity of the country.
We received a very positive response at both conferences and expect to further strengthen our position and relationship with key doctors even further after this participation.

The 24th annual scientific session of the College of Anesthesiologists of Srilanka was held at Colombo. Around 150 overseas delegates were invited to the event and delivered various lectures and seminars on new opportunities in Anesthesia. Overall 22 pharmaceutical companies participated and Claris had installed a grand stall for which we received high appreciation. |

Motivation is a great tonic that has the power to pump up all the latent energy in an individual. This is the thought behind the launch of the "Winner Series" a unique series of screenplays written by Shiv Khera (Globally renowned Corporate Trainer & Management Educator). In all, 12 OMG members participated in this programe. Around 5 screenplays on five different management topics were showcased, including Winning Edge, Winning Strategies, Attitudes-The key to Success, Attitude determines Altitude, Values & Ethics & Discipline -your way to freedom. |
