'Koi humse jeet na pave, Chale chalo, chale chalo'.
The JAANBAAZ training is an exclusive initiative designed for Area/Territory Sales Executives. Around 18 candidates from all the divisions spread across the country were put through the first module of JAANBAAZ. The team spent around five days at the Head Office and was put through a rigorous 16 hours a day pace, which included early morning exercises, followed by an 8 km run, class room sessions, visiting of selected places (cancer hospital/ Ashram/shopping malls, etc.), completing assignments & live projects and meditation. |
| The JAANBAAZ were given lessons in leadership, communications skills, interpersonal skills and overall personality development including physical fitness and mental sharpness. |
