The Honorable President of India, H.E. Pratibha Patil, visited the Latin American Countries of Brazil, Mexico & Chile from April 13 th to April 22 nd. A high level CII delegation also accompanied her. One of the purposes was to promote India & Indian business in Latin America.

Our Regional Business Head for Latin America joined the delegation in Mexico & made a presentation on Claris to the Hon President and delegation. He briefed on our presence in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile and another 10 countries in Latin America & the Caribbean. In Brazil, some Claris products like Profol, Lipids, Ciprofloxacin & Metronidazole enjoy a leading position.

The Hon. President took keen interest in the presentation as well as in knowing more about our operations in the region. She also made recommendations for improving business between two countries.

During her Chile visit our Country Sales Manager for Chile represented Claris & met her and the delegation.
