We require young and talented Inter - CAs with 1-3 years of experience in accounts, finance or statutory audits. The person will be networking with finance professionals in the international offices abroad for various policies & statutory compliances, designing and implementing the best practices, systems and procedures.
The selected person will be based at our corporate headquarters in Ahmedabad. He will get an international exposure & experience through visits to subsidiaries on need basis.

CAs with 2 – 4 years of experience are required to work as finance controllers,based abroad. He will be responsible for independent handling of total gambit of finance, accounts, legal, statutory compliances and setting up the system and procedures as per the business requirements .

CA or MBA (Finance) with 3 - 4 years experience in Private Equity Syndication / Corporate Finance / Mergers & Acquisition. The person will be responsible for financial evaluation of potential M&A opportunities, developing financial models, valuation , etc.
He will be working with external resources like investment banks, as well as business development and finance professionals of our global SBUs. In depth understanding of finance and ability to build relations are the basic requirements.

CA or MBA (Finance) with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance. The person will be interacting with leading current & potential Indian and international investors and analysts. He will also contribute in management decisions on financial strategy for future growth. Domain experience would be an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
