Success was rapid and he established an exceptional performance track record in Indian corporate history. Sushil’s larger than life vision guided Claris through its formative years, to its present position of success and eminence.
His sons, both young and outstanding achievers, bring to the company their contemporary vision and paradigm, which are setting the growth pace of the company.
Arjun, through his infectious high energy and go getting spirit, has driven the company's various functions to scale up in readiness for the future, and set benchmarks within the company in terms of quality standards, efficiency, and time frames - be it the setting up of new manufacturing plants, adding people to Claris' strength or the global supply chain. |

| A Graduate in Commerce from Ahmedabad, Aditya joined the company's finance function in early 2005. His natural brilliance and performance track record, keen strategic insight and intellect, resulted in his being nominated to the board, at the recommendation of one of the company's key investors. |
