CALBIN is a phosphate binder tablet. It contains Calcium acetate as phosphate binder. It is used in hyperphosphatemia in kidney failure patients, i.e., it controls increased phosphate level. It delays progression of CRF, if given at an early stage with 25% Residual Renal Function. It prevents renal osteodystrophy and secondary calcification of soft tissue.
