Indications

MICROSPAN- 40 is a clear, colourless, 10% w/v solution of Low Molecular Weight Dextran 40 (40,000 Da) isotonic in 5% dextrose or 0.9% sodium chloride solution.

MICROSPAN- 70 is a clear, colourless, 6% w/v solution of Low Molecular Weight Dextran 70 (70,000 Da) isotonic in 5% dextrose or 0.9% sodium chloride solution.

MICROSPAN is known to improve micro circulation, exhibit thromboprophylactic activity and prevent hypovolaemia.

For improvement in microcirculation
In the Prophylaxis of thrombosis (Thromboprophylaxis)
As plasma volume expander in the prevention of hypovolemia
In case of:
- Deep venous thrombosis
- Burns shock
- Plastic surgery
- Ischemic stroke
- Cardiovascular surgery
